OUR LAUNDRY ROOM: A Service in Decay and a Breach of Contract
OUR LAUNDRY ROOM: A Service in Decay and a Breach of Contract
We have recently found the building’s new official website, created by the owner and the management.
Under the "Amenities" section, the administration continues to showcase the photographs below to attract new residents.
This is the "official" version of the laundry services the owner uses to entice prospective tenants to move to Magnolia.
What the Website Promises:
Modernity: Visuals of a clean, fully functional, and efficient laundry facility.
Value: A key service marketed as a top-tier amenity included for the community.
Reliability: An image of a well-maintained space where families can take care of their basic needs with ease

What the Tenants Experience:
How the Laundry Room Actually Is:
Safety Hazards: Dryers that burn and ruin clothing, posing a potential fire risk.
Economic Loss: Machines that "steal" coins from low-income families without providing the service.
Unsanitary Conditions: Accumulation of trash and filthy, damaged machines.
Someone removed a dryer from the laundry room, a dryer that burned some clothes. This was reported on June 8, 2026. Management didn't respond and didn't fix the dryer or put it back. Now the children have to play next to the dryer. Another damaged machine, and the children have even less space to play.
